Fresh Starts

I don't know what it is about the beginning of a new painting, but I think it's my favorite part. All that color in the under painting. All the possibility of what it will be when it's finished. So exciting. 

​And speaking of exciting, don't you love January? The blank canvas of a new year that has yet to fill up with the color and story it'll be when it's finished? I feel so motivated in January--so excited by that fresh energy. Hope your new year is just as exciting.
