Holladay Art Show

I went to see the @holladayarts show before it came down and it was so fun. There were so many beautiful pieces and I always walk away from art shows feeling inspired and excited to get back to my studio and paint. You can always pick out artists at shows and museums because they’re the viewers who stick their faces up as close as they can to the paintings and study the strokes 😂💃🏻 But there is so much to appreciate about all those details and layers! It’s one of the things that makes original art so wonderful. Im a better artist when I study the work of others. It opens my mind to fresh ideas and new techniques.
