Showing up

tried to make a video and apparently the camera kept moving while i painted and didn’t capture the whole painting. But I’m sharing it anyway (see it on Instagram @stephaniehockart), because I believe that winning right now is getting out of bed and SHOWING UP—in all our imperfect, non-ideal glory. Who cares if it doesn’t look great or isn’t the best we’ve done. It’s enough. You are enough. Did you do ANYTHING today? Bravo to you! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
