My people

Once a month I spend the morning painting with friends and then we all go out to lunch (and in between these monthly meet ups we text, Marco, etc). Having a mastermind of other artists has been such a gamechanger for me in my career. We listen to each other and troubleshoot all our problems (mostly professional but also personal) and we learn so much from each others opinions and experiences. And I’ve seen how much we’ve grown as artists too, everyone’s work has just gotten better and better. This is our fourth year of meeting regularly and I love these women so much. They’re like sisters to me. Here’s to having your own circle where you can feel both as safe and inspired as I do. I sincerely hope you’ve got this too, and I’m grateful this is one of a few circles i have that give this to me.
