The joy that keeps giving

[“Boogie Boards” 6x6, $175 available in the shop!] We’re heading to the beach in August, so I’ve been shopping for boogie boards online and wondering if I should upgrade our old towels. Do you do this when you go on a trip? I get so excited preparing for it and anticipating the fun we’ll have, that the good vibes of going on an adventure pay off long before and long after. This is why I love to paint favorite memories or favorite places. Catching a glimpse of it on the wall can bring back all that joy and brighten up the ordinary moments (or the moments where your sleep-deprived daughter is yelling at you and you need to remember a happier time… hypothetically, of course).
