Respite

Who else is getting excited for summer?? 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ We’re digging out our shorts and making plans for trips and checking if we need new swimsuits (always). It’s so nice to see the sun out more and feel the warmer temperatures. All I want to do is paint beach paintings and pretend I can feel the sand between my toes.

I love hanging art like this up in my home because it feels like a window into a memory or a dream. It feels like a piece of peace I’m giving myself. It makes me happy when I look at it and I like filling my life with things that bring me joy.

What are you looking forward to this summer? I really want to hear!
