Hotel art!

Three years ago I was part of a really fun project to license my art throughout a hotel by Hilton. But the opening was right during the pandemic and we were sick and didn’t get to go see it.

Last weekend my husband ran the Ogden Marathon (his fourth marathon!! He’s amazing) so we used it as an excuse and went up to stay in my hotel. It was so fun and surreal to see my art all over the walls (my kids, “Mom people are walking all around this hotel and don’t even know that YOU made the art!!” Adam’s and my kids’ faces/excitement was my favorite part 🥰🥰) There were several pieces I painted specifically for this project that they used in the lobbies, breakfast/business center, and outside the elevators on every floor. And then they chose different pieces that they put in every guest room. I loved this project and would love to do more things like this in the future! We’ve all been to so many places that has boring, stale art on the walls and to add some fresh design and color was such a fun vibe to play with!
