commissions
I love doing commissions, especially for families I love so much. These kids have grown up with my kids and are two of the most talented people I know! Their mom wanted to celebrate both of them doing things they love and it was so fun to go through photos of all their many passions until we found things that were just right. Commissions are really conversations and we work together to make sure we're both on the same page and happy with the idea before I even start putting paint down. I love helping capture a moment in time, letting a mom hold on to kids that are growing too fast, remembering joy. It is a gift that keeps on giving for years and years to come.
