Art at the park

I came home from @artattheparkutah and told my husband, I don't think I'm actually in the business of selling art at all. I think the art is a front company and my real business is LOVING PEOPLE. That's basically what all of last week was about for me and even looking back at my photos makes my face hurt from smiling so much (also, why didn't I take more with every single one of you?). I can't even put into words how much it filled my heart to connect with new friends, old friends, fellow artists, longtime collectors, new collectors, creatives just starting their businesses, people just looking for a little inspiration or a little happiness. I barely had time to stop or make my way to all the other wonderful booths because I kept getting caught up talking to so many incredible people. THANK YOU to everyone who came to the show! Thank you to everyone who bought a piece of art from me. Thank you to the team of organizers who always do such a PHENOMENAL job putting on this show and taking such great care of all of us artists (they regularly bring us snacks and diet cokes and that right there says everything). Thank you to my fellow artists and friends who make this world so much fun and inspire me regularly. Thank you everyone who shared such kind words with me about my art and the way it makes you feel, it means more than you know. If painting flamingos and skiers means I secretly get to meet and love the amazing people of this world, then I'm ALL IN ❤️❤️ P.S. I'll be adding available things to my website (stephaniehock.com), but if you saw something you can't stop thinking about send me a message and we'll talk!
