Seeking Light

 I painted this little diddy while I was away for the weekend with my family at my daughters’ soccer tournament. Such is the season of life we’re in—so busy all the time with four different kids in four fun sports, all growing in all the ways all the time. Keeps us on our toes (literally!) but I sure love all the teenagers the fill my life—all my teenagers and all my bonus teenagers (who are all mine too) ❤️❤️❤️ 

Like these flowers finding that bit of sun and nourishment from the light, I keep craving how I can carve out space to nourish myself in these busy years. It makes a difference to seek out light, rest, peace, nourishment, sources that fill my soul so I can keep going and giving 💛
