Summer is for swimming pools

Summer is for swimming pools! The good old days are happening right in front of us and I’m savoring it all up. The pool is where I fall in love with my kids all over again. Sometimes at home we’re hot and grumpy and bored and bickering. But we throw on our swim suits and goggles and have races to find dive toys and I love them so much my heart bursts. I sneak up on them underwater and tickle their legs or load them all as a train on my back and take them across the water. What am I going to do when my kids are too old to play at the pool with? I’m soaking it up now and always come home feeling sun-soaked and refreshed. Where is your happiest summer place?
